SetsunaEpic (“Website”) is an online marketplace on which users may offer for sale, sell, and purchase digital and/or virtual items (“Items”). SetsunaEpic does not own any of the items listed for purchase on the Website. SetsunaEpic serves as a middleman for transactions of Items on the Website.
These terms of use are entered into by and between You and SetsunaEpic (" Company ", " we " or " us "). The following terms and conditions (collectively, " Terms of Use "), govern Your access to and use of the Website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Website, whether as a registered user or guest. 4. Safety Guaranteed
Based on the strict screening of the supply chain, we ensure that our product sources are 100% legal. And our market will never deal with virtual in-game currencies like golds, gems… and illegally sourced such as black credit cards, hacking, fraud, and so on.
Of course, as we all know, due to some game developers' operating strategy, they will block or take extreme actions for those transactions, resulting in the loss of both customers and SetsunaEpic. Even our sources are legitimate, and the proceeds are based on voluntary transactions. For such Operator behaviors, SetsunaEpic can not control, but for customers, we are committed to being responsible under the conditions of limited additional service charges.
5. Services we offer
The Services offered on our Website are akin to brokering. As an intermediary, we facilitate the selling, purchase, and transfer of Products between buyers and sellers. We do not act as an agent for either party and we are not an advocate for either party. We retain a commission from buyers and sellers in exchange for performing the Services pertaining to the Products.
We reserve the right but are not obligated to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

5.1 Sellers.
Selling an Item on the Website requires You to provide certain information including, but not limited to, Your name, email address, address, payment information, country of residence, and information pertaining to Your Item as requested by SetsunaEpic. You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information, identification details, and any other form of authentication which SetsunaEpic may request in its sole discretion.
You represent and warrant that the sale or transfer of any Item does not violate any agreement that You may have with any third party. You further represent that You own all rights, title, and interests to the Item, free of restriction on transfer or sale. SetsunaEpic shall not be liable for Your violation of any third party agreement that You are bound by.
In the event that SetsunaEpic agrees to facilitate a transaction for Your Item, we will contact You regarding details of Your Item to facilitate the transfer. Once we have successfully secured the Item for transfer, we will provide You with payment of the commission within twenty-four (24) hours via a payment method selected by You through the Website.
After You sell an Item to SetsunaEpic, we will change as much identifying and personal information affiliated with the Item as possible. However, You understand and agree that in some instances there may be restrictions outside of our control in which we cannot change or alter an Item to remove Your personal information.

Once the sale is complete, recovering the Item either through phone support, support ticket, or any other method is a breach of the terms of the sale. In the event of the Item being recovered, you agree that SetsunaEpic is due compensation in the form of a refund for the cost of the Item along with any additional fees or damages SetsunaEpic may have incurred. SetsunaEpic may contact You via e-mail, telephone, mail, or through a third-party service in order to recover the debt owed.

5.2 Buyers.
If You wish to make a purchase of an item on the Website, You will be required to provide your name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information. You must provide accurate, complete, and updated contact information, identification details, and any other form of authentication that SetsunaEpic may request in its sole discretion.
Our standard hours of operation are 8:00 am – 12:00 am GMT +7 7 days a week, excluding holidays. If You purchase an Item during our standard hours of operation, we will deliver the product information within thirty (30) minutes to maximum of 24 hours. If the item is purchased outside our standard business hours, it will be processed the following business day. All sales of Items from SetsunaEpic are final and You shall not be entitled to any exchanges or refunds. In the event that SetsunaEpic issues a refund before delivering the item or service, You shall not be entitled to delivery of the item or service.

5.3 Billing and Taxes.
When You buy or sell an Item through SetsunaEpic, you must input billing or payment information to complete such transactions. Upon an offer to purchase an Item, You will have the opportunity to review and accept the fees that You will be charged. If You accept, You agree to remit payment for the charges incurred following these Terms of Use and the applicable payment service.
If You fail to pay fees on time, or if Your credit card payment information is entered incorrectly or fails to process and You do not update payment information upon our request, Your access to the Website may be suspended or canceled. Additionally, if You fail to make a payment, for any reason, we reserve the right to report any missed payment to credit bureaus.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Website solely for lawful purposes and following these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Website:
