1. Digital Goods & Service will be delivered through Email & the media Buyer contact to SetsunaEpic from 30 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours due to different time zones. Thus, no physical delivery is needed.
In the event we are unable to process your order, we are fully obliged to do a complete refund of your order.

2. Account Selling/Trading/Transferring/Macro Rerolled may against Developers TOS but no issues so far and 100% safe with every other Mobile Games, 21000+ Successful Transactions. Please be aware when purchasing one!

3. There is no ban in Re-roll Accounts with Macro or even using it. Interfering Game File like Hacked/Modded/Duped/Cheap Currency Purchase will get you banned.

4. If the developer decided not to allow Re-roll Accounts, there is nothing we can do. we won't take responsibility if Developers decide to enforce their rules at any time.

5. Due to the nature of the products and services, we must enforce a strict no refund policy. All sales are considered final and will no longer be eligible for a refund once a product or service has been delivered to you.
The only exception is that if the product is significantly different than what we advertised, we are fully obliged to exchange or do a complete refund of your order.
