Aloy is coming to Genshin Impact
Horizon protagonist Aloy will swap the machine-infested wilds of a future Earth for the beautiful, fantasy realms of Teyvat when she arrives in Genshin Impact this autumn, according to developer miHoYo.
Aloy will appear as an exclusive 5-star character in Genshin Impact's forthcoming "Savior From Another World" event as a Breath of the Wild-style gacha game. She naturally holds a bow and has been categorized as a Cryo-user, which means she will be able to employ a range of ice-based skills not seen in her original series.
Aloy also looks cute in the Genshin Impact art style, it must be mentioned.
After planned maintenance on October 13, the machine-hunting badass will be free for anybody who checks into Genshin Impact on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. A second deployment phase is also scheduled on November 24 to coincide with a future upgrade. Aloy is scheduled to come via the in-game mail system during both times, so keep an eye on your inboxes.
